These terms govern your use of this website and the services provided by Acoustic Electric, LLC. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to them.

Estimates & pricing

We look at the actual job before giving you a price — we do not price work sight-unseen or over the phone. Estimates are free, with no obligation. Some work requires troubleshooting or study of the site first; in cases like that, we may require a troubleshooting fee up front to determine the problem and the best resolution, and we will tell you so before we start. We primarily use flat-rate pricing, so the price we give you is the price for the work as agreed. If something discovered once work is under way changes the scope, we will discuss it and agree any change with you before going further.

Permits & code

We pull permits on your behalf for any job that requires one, and all work is performed to current NEC code and inspected as required.

Scheduling & access

Scheduled work requires reasonable access to the work area. If a visit needs to be rescheduled, please give us as much notice as you can — we will do the same.

Payment

Payment terms are as stated when the work is agreed or on your invoice. Invoices are due as stated on their face.

Workmanship

We stand behind our work. If something isn’t right, tell us and we will put it right. Any warranty terms applicable to your job will be stated when the work is agreed.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with this website or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the affected work. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
