How do I add my company logo to reports?
On the main screen, tap the palette button in the top-right corner, then unlock Brand Your Reports. After purchase, add your logo, company name and closing line on the same screen.

I bought Brand Your Reports on another phone. How do I get it back?
Tap the palette button, then Restore Purchase. Use the same Apple ID you bought it with.

Where are my inspections stored?
Only on your phone. ResiSafe has no account and no cloud copy, so deleting the app deletes your inspections. Share or save each PDF report you need to keep.

The camera or photo button does nothing.
ResiSafe may not have permission. Open iPhone Settings, then ResiSafe, and allow Camera and Photos.

How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
